EU-Open offers businesses and institutions access to ICT services. On the digital marketplace of EU-Open there are a wide range of IT services, like Internet, VoIP telephony, remote backup, hosting, server and workstation Management, new security services, education, video communication and collaboration.

EU-Open is a unique collaboration between open networks and open marketplaces in the Netherlands. These networks are linked through fiber optic connections and function as an open digital marketplace. Organizations get access through a fiber connection to the marketplace and can freely make their choice for one or more providers of ICT services. It is also possible to connect directly in one of the data centers where EU-Open is active.

The joint collaboration of  EU-Open is currently formed by the regional internet exchanges FR-IX, GN-IX, NDIX, ZOD-IX, R-IX en EFX. All partners acknowledge the open broadband model, where access to eachothers networks is open to everyone.
